Refund policy
We offer refunds in cases where we fail to meet deadlines or if any of our service professionals violate our terms of service. When such situations occur, we take strict actions against the professional involved, but we also provide an immediate refund to the affected customer. However, if a refund request is made simply because a customer has changed their mind, we have a policy of “No Refund, Exchange Only.” All products are sold in their current condition, and if you wish to exchange your purchase for items of equal or lesser value, you can contact us within 120 days from the date of purchase.
